Delicious, unique, artisan cheese made from our outdoor-grazed pedigree Ayrshire cows
We are four brothers called Hector, Arthur, Matthew and Sam. We grew up on a farm in Wiltshire and we love cheese, so much so that in 2016 we hatched a plan to make cheese from the milk of our family-owned herd of Ayrshire cows. Sam soon got a job as an artisan cheesemaker in Somerset, and meanwhile we visited cheesemakers, took cheesemaking courses and conducted market research. Finally, we built our shiny new cheese room and developed our unique recipe, and started production in November 2019. Check our stockists page to see where you can buy our first cheese, Pippin.
