The first cheese, Pippin, is a brandy-washed soft cheese, it has a unique flavour owing to the combination of the rich Ayrshire milk a French-style cheesemaking technique. The cheese takes its name from one of the cows in the high-welfare pasture-fed herd.

The second cheese, Bryony, is a feta-style fresh cheese packaged in a glass jar and suspended in Duchess Cold Press Rapeseed Oil. Most feta is made from sheep and goats milk whereas we use our pedigree Ayrshire herd to make Bryony, making a unique and subtle flavour.
